Capiz.gov.ph now is suspended and inaccessible. I usually encounter the “Bandwidth Limit Exceeded” error when I ever access it the other year but now it seems that the provincial government of Capiz already give it up. The official website of Capiz is suspended which the possible reason is the IT in charge with this site was not able to pay the hosting of the site or maybe they are doing some maintenance. I thought the Philippine government have one portal for every government sites but it seems that is not what happen with the site of my loving province. Prior to this incident of the suspension of the site, Capiz.gov.ph was hacked by a turkish hacker named “netroot” and swarm the site with several pornographic links that makes a negative reputation for the site. That is might be one possible cause of this incident.
I hope that they do something about this. I think the government should fix this and provide valuable information regarding the province. I could help them if they want. We can discuss it. I am just waiting for them to ask me to do something about it and I am whole heartedly will give my service for, of course, a minimal fee. I want to do this one because I am really in love with the province of Capiz and I want all the best about it. If in case someone from the government read about this and interested for my service, they can contact me via my email address at capiz2007@gmail.com. I will definitely respond to their inquiries.
A SEO event in Capiz was announced last February 3. It is called Hectic Capiznon Bloggers 2009 Interschool competition. The mechanics of the competition is simple. Make a new blog and make it rank on the top of Google search engine. You need to make sure that your blog ranks at position number 1, 2, or 3 for the key phrase “hectic capiznon bloggers 2009.” A lot of students and teachers from different schools already participated. Me, I participated and actually registered already not because I really want to win (but a part me wants
), but because I want to support this event. I know what the real benefit that this competition can bring to the host but I like the purpose and result that this event may bring to the Capizenios. They will definitely introduced to the SEO (search engine optimization) industry and will learn the craft of making money online. That’s why my entry made for the said competition discussed different blogging tips so I could share some things that I know about blogging and improving the experience of the students in blogging.
OptimizedbyRed.com is the host website for this online event and I salute the guy behind this. To all the students and teachers who are currently participating, Good luck and may you learn the SEO stuff. Win or loose, you will definitely gain something from this event. So just hold on and be part of the hectic capiznon bloggers 2009.
Valentines Day is coming and what you will do this day of the heart? Will you be with your wife or your girlfriend? Nah? Well, if you want you can visit the mall on February 14, 2009 for a Rapid Chess competition spearheaded by Capiz Chess Association, Inc. to be held in Gaisano Market Place. This is part of the different chess activities of the organization. Actually they have already listed a list of tournaments for the year 2009 and this one is part of it. Well, I might not join this competition not because I’ll be having a date by this date but I’ll be in Iloilo for my masters studies. Even if I will join this one, I will definite loose again hehehe but I just want to participate because I just love chess. Aside from this Feb14 chess, there will be a Provincial Chess Elimination by February 22, 2009.
The Provincial Chess Elimination 2009 tournament will be a game for the best Capizenio chess players that will be selected to play for the regional chess tournament by the National Chess Federationo of the Philippines (NCFP). Watch for these activities in Capiz this 2009.
I’ve been busy for several months and I was not able to find time to update this blog. I am realy busy with my internet venture and I can’t really find time to update this Capiz blog. Maybe I will just give this blog to a friend so that he can update it regularly. I know that he can do it because he have a lot of time blogging.
Today, I also clean-up some post on this blog so that it will not contain any unnecessary posts that are not related to Capiz. I hope that Google will reconsider this blog because I have seen that it was likely penalized, disappearing from page one that it was usually positioned. I was not able to optimize this site because of the busy schedule. On my next issue of the post, I will update you with some happenings in Roxas City, Capiz and its near municipalities. For the meantime, a pleasant good day to everyone and God bless Capiz!
