As I have mentioned on my previous post, there will be a big chess event that will be happening in Roxas City, Capiz Philippines. It is entitled “Duso… Oras Na!” Capiz Mixed Masters Chess Tournament which is supported by Gov. Victor A. Tanco, Sen. Mar Roxas and the provincial government of Capiz which is sanctioned by the National Chess Federation of the Philippines (NCFP) organized by the Capiz Chess Association, Inc (CCA).
This competition will be held at Gaisano Marketplace, Roxas City on May 9 to 10. You can see from the poster the different prizes at stake that a great wood pusher will bag after winning the tournament. A lot of national masters and club masters will surely participate to this one great event.
