Capiz.gov.ph now is suspended and inaccessible. I usually encounter the “Bandwidth Limit Exceeded” error when I ever access it the other year but now it seems that the provincial government of Capiz already give it up. The official website of Capiz is suspended which the possible reason is the IT in charge with this site was not able to pay the hosting of the site or maybe they are doing some maintenance. I thought the Philippine government have one portal for every government sites but it seems that is not what happen with the site of my loving province. Prior to this incident of the suspension of the site, Capiz.gov.ph was hacked by a turkish hacker named “netroot” and swarm the site with several pornographic links that makes a negative reputation for the site. That is might be one possible cause of this incident.
I hope that they do something about this. I think the government should fix this and provide valuable information regarding the province. I could help them if they want. We can discuss it. I am just waiting for them to ask me to do something about it and I am whole heartedly will give my service for, of course, a minimal fee. I want to do this one because I am really in love with the province of Capiz and I want all the best about it.
