Valentines Day is coming and what you will do this day of the heart? Will you be with your wife or your girlfriend? Nah? Well, if you want you can visit the mall on February 14, 2009 for a Rapid Chess competition spearheaded by Capiz Chess Association, Inc. to be held in Gaisano Market Place. This is part of the different chess activities of the organization. Actually they have already listed a list of tournaments for the year 2009 and this one is part of it. Well, I might not join this competition not because I’ll be having a date by this date but I’ll be in Iloilo for my masters studies. Even if I will join this one, I will definite loose again hehehe but I just want to participate because I just love chess. Aside from this Feb14 chess, there will be a Provincial Chess Elimination by February 22, 2009.
The Provincial Chess Elimination 2009 tournament will be a game for the best Capizenio chess players that will be selected to play for the regional chess tournament by the National Chess Federationo of the Philippines (NCFP). Watch for these activities in Capiz this 2009.
