Today, I have managed to upload videos of Typhoon Frank that hits Capiz. This videos were taken by Mr. Allan Toos and I uploaded it in our school since I can’t make the uploads at home. Electric power in Capiz is expected to back in normal within one week or two weeks according to CAPELCO.
Due to this problem on electricty, updates of pictures and other videos of this Typhoon Frank calamity in Capiz, Philippines will be delayed. I’ll try to collect more videos and pictures of this event and post it here whenever it is possible.

my mom is in capiz. i’m having a difficult time reaching her. Cell phones of my relatives are down. Can anyone help me from there? She lives in dumarao. Barranggay janguslob.
