Capiz, Paradise Philippines - Capiz Official Website, http://www.capiz.gov.ph, is inaccessible. It seems that the site reaches its bandwidth limit. While I was looking for schedules and activities for the upcoming Sinadya sa Halaran, I discovered that the official website of Capiz is inaccessible. I really like to look for any information about the Sinadya sa Halaran but unluckily it's not available. If you'll try to surf the site you will see the following message:
Maybe the web administrator was not aware of this. Hope they fix this as soon as possible.
